Happenings Screening of 'Love Yourself Today' in Aid of Coolmine!
Happenings is back at the Red Stables this May, screening "Love Yourself Today", the critically acclaimed documentary which centres around the music of Irish singer songwriter Damien Dempsey but also turns the lens onto his fans.
The event, which takes place on Thursday 19th May, is a collaboration between Happenings, Motherland Films, Damien Dempsey, Coolmine Charity and with funding and partnership support from Dublin City Council.
The event schedule is as follows:
- 6.00pm - Come get some grub from Olive's Room @ The Red Stables - open all day and evening.
- 6.50pm - Welcome and words from Paul Hatton of Coolmine
- 7.00pm - Yocella with Kitty Maguire - get into a great headspace before the screening
- 7.30pm - Screening - Love Yourself Today
- 8.40pm - Conversation and Q&A with Damian Dempsey and Ross Killeen
- 9.25pm - Raffle with the main prize a custom-built guitar signed by Damo
- 9.30pm - Event ends
Tickets are €10 + booking fees and can be purchased at www.happenings.ie. All proceeds go directly to Coolmine TC.
