Video: Ellen Keane Focused on Each Day

14 Oct 2015

In 2008, at just 13 years old, Clontarf's Ellen Keane became the youngest ever Irish Paralympian when she competed at the 2008 games in Beijing. A record she will hold forever, since they adopted a new rule since, and brought the eligible age up to 14.

Since then, the superstar swimmer has gone from strength to strength, recently competing in the 2015 IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow, taking home Bronze in the 200m Individual Medley Final.

Watch our exclusive video with Ellen below at the National Aquatic Centre, where she talks about focusing on each day leading up to Rio 2016.
