Urgent! Stewards Needed for Annual Lighting of Xmas Tree!!

The CBA are planning the annual Christmas tree lighting event for Friday the 27th of November at the car park on Vernon Avenue from 6.15pm to 7.15pm.

The regulations as set down by DCC and the Gardai dictate that we must provide 25-30 stewards on the night for the event to happen and those stewards must be named and attend a meeting with the gardai prior to the event for a full briefing.

If you can offer your services as a steward on the night can you please email the CBA on clontarfbusiness@gmail.com by 3pm today (Thursday the 19th) and confirm that you can attend the garda meeting next week and attend the event as a steward from 5.30pm to 7.30pm next Friday night (27th of November).

If the CBA do not confirm the stewards by this Friday (20th) the event will not be able to proceed.
