Update on Judicial Review St. Pauls | Decision Quashed
Update on Judicial Review St. Paul’s Playing Fields in St Anne’s from the Clontarf Residents' Association
This morning we were granted an order in the High Court quashing the decision of An Bord Pleanála to grant permission for a large scale development on the St Paul’s playing fields in St Anne’s. The Crekav application is now remitted back to the Board for a new decision. Costs were awarded in our favour.
As things stand, there is NO planning permission on the St. Paul’s playing fields.
This is not an end of the matter but it is very good news in terms of our ongoing campaign to prevent development on these lands and to protect them going forward.
