The Weir starts tonight at the Viking Theatre

The Viking really comes into its own tonight as it beings a two week run of 'The Weir' which is a play that is set, wait for it, in a pub....

So, the perfect setting is guaranteed for this critically acclaimed Conor McPherson play. The play runs for 2 weeks from tonight until Saturday 24th March. Given the play is well known, tickets sales are expected to be busy so please book as early as possible, especially if you are looking to go later in the week.

The play debuted on Broadway in 1999 and was also nominated as 'Best New Play' in the Laurence Olivier awards that same year. However, you don't need to pay Broadway prices, the normal €10 entry fee to the Viking still applies.
