The speaker is Martin Daly, who trained as a systematic Family Therapist in 1993, and has many years experience working with individuals, couples and families from this perspective.
As a principal of a school comprising both primary and secondary pupils since 1996 he has particular experience in dealing with issues that arise for children and adolescents in families, schools and among peers.
He holds a Masters of Science in Organisational Consultancy since 2003, and a Doctorate in Management since 2008. His research centred on the role of leadership in creating accountability in schools and public services.
This talk provides an excellent opportunity to learn from Martin’s professional experiences.
