Re: St. Paul’s Playing Fields in St Anne’s
Further to our post early this week, which can be viewed here, we would like to advise that the Judicial Review application came up for mention before Judge Barniville yesterday. The case has been adjourned again until Thursday next when there will be a hearing on a technical matter of determining whether the case will be dealt with in the 'strategic infrastructure list’ under Judge Barniville or whether it will go into the regular 'judicial review list'. We will provide a further update at that stage.
We are very grateful to those who have contributed to the campaign so far. We know that many others are anxious to do likewise. It is very important to us that the donations are properly recorded and managed. To that end we are looking at a number of donation options and we will be launching a fund-raising appeal soon. Please be patient with us while we work on this.
As stated previously, as this matter is before the Courts we will not be in a position to comment further on proceedings for the moment. As soon as we have a further update we will let you know. In the meantime you can contact us at
