St. Paul’s Update – New Planning Application 2022
A new planning application has been lodged for the St. Paul’s playing fields at St. Anne’s.
The deadline for submissions is Monday, October 10th 2022.
This application has been made under the new LRD system so public submissions go to the Planning Department at Dublin City Council.
The planning documents are currently available on the DCC website here.
Marlet is seeking permission for 7 blocks of apartments ranging in height from 4 to 7
storeys, to accommodate 580 apartments. An additional item this time is a 100-bed nursing home.
You can see the proposed layout in the photo with this post. For context, blocks A and B are facing the Meadows estate, blocks C and E look across St. Anne’s at All Saints Road block F looks across pitch 6 and block G looks out to the Main Avenue of St. Anne’s.
