A massive congratulations to Scoil Uí Chonaill whose first ever Féile Camogie team were crowned victorious last weekend in the Division 5 tournament. Well done to all players involved - as well as management Aidan Mulligan, Mark Candon, Sinead McDonnell, Thomas Gleeson, Dave Daly and Niall McGrane - well deserved!
It is a testament to all of the hard work put in over the past number of years in the club with the rejuvenation of camogie. Having historically won a Senior Camogie Championship in 1989, the club’s fortunes have been limited in camogie over the past number of years. It was a tremendous victory for the club!
