Roadwork Update from Clontarf Residents’ Association:
Following on from our previous post, we would like to remind residents that the next phase of the work on the North City Arterial Main (NCAM), is due to start on Monday 16th February 2026.
Closure Details: The works will involve the closure of the inbound traffic lane (towards the city centre) of James Larkin Road between the junction of the Howth Road at Blackbanks and the junction at Watermill Road and Causeway Road.
Diversion: Traffic will be diverted along the Howth Road and down Watermill Road to rejoin the James Larkin Road.
Outbound Traffic: The outbound lane (towards Howth) will remain open.
Duration: This phase of the works is expected to last for 18 weeks.
