Proposed Senior Living Scheme Development at Sybil Hill House
An application has been made to develop a Senior Living Scheme on Sybil Hill Road between St Paul’s College and Ardilaun Court, the recent apartment development on the site of the old St Paul’s Swimming Pool. The development will incorporate Sybil Hill House, a protected structure, that has been home to the Vincentians for many years.
The proposal involves the construction of 3 blocks, ranging in height from 2 to 5 storeys, to accommodate 78 Senior Living Residential Living apartments, comprising 55 one-bed units and 23 two-bed units.
This application has been made to DCC under reference number 5155/22. Full details of the proposal can be found here. The closing date for observations is 5th December 2022.
