Presentation from Developers RE: St. Paul's Grounds
The Developer held an Information Session in St. Paul’s College on Friday 18th September last, notification of which was published on our website and in our Newsletter.
Since then we have received many comments and queries about the proposal and Clontarf Residents’ Association has been provided with a copy of the presentation that was made on the evening. In the interests of those residents who did not get to the Information Session, we are now publishing this.
We stress that as of now no planning application has been lodged with Dublin City Council so the plans as shown may change.Until a formal application has been lodged no submission can be made to DCC. When the plans are lodged we will publish the details and be guided by our members as to what goes into our submission.
