Pink Heads for October!

A phenomenal fundraising effort has been undertaken by three Belgrove boys for the month of October.
Charlie Bredican, and his two friends, Seán and Tom, have dyed their hair a shocking pink in order to raise money for Arc Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society.
After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Charlie’s mum, Deborah, passed away on November 30th 2018 at the age of 48. Inspired by his Mum’s bravery during her battle with the disease, the three boys came up with this amazing fundraising idea to honour Deborah and raise money for Arc Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society, two charities that were a huge support to the Bredican family.
The boys have been blown away by the support received since they dyed their hair. They hope to keep it going until the 1st of December, to mark Deborah’s anniversary. As of today, the boys have raised €11,760, knocking their goal of €800 out of the park!
