One Week Until the Paralympic Games: All Eyes on Ellen Keane
With just one week to go until the Paralympic Games kick off in Paris, the excitement is building, and all eyes are on Irish swimmer Ellen Keane. Paris will mark Ellen's fifth appearance at the Paralympic Games—a remarkable achievement for the athlete who first made headlines as Ireland's youngest-ever Paralympian at just 13 years old in Beijing 2008.
Ellen’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. She clinched a bronze medal in the SB8 100m Breaststroke at the Rio 2016 Games, and she struck gold in the same event at the Tokyo 2021 Games.
We’re all rooting for you in Paris, Ellen! 🇮🇪💪
