Nolans of Clontarf invite you to Love Your Life

Nolan’s of Clontarf are pleased to announce that they will be holding an in-store event this Saturday, April 13th, in conjunction with their ‘Love Your Life’ programme - a new health and wellbeing initiative which has been designed in conjunction with HealthPro.

The event, called ‘Love Your Gut’ will take place between 11am - 1pm, and will focus on optimising your nutrition for improved digestive health. Harriette Lynch of HealthPro.ie will also be in-store on the day.

Nolan’s is first and foremost a local independent supermarket, one that’s served many generations of families in Clontarf, Dublin and the surrounding areas.

You’ll find an array of international brands and local Irish artisan products stocked in-store on any given day – the latter is a sector it has become renowned for supporting over the years.

There’s also a traditional butchers counter, bacon & fish counter, deli & cheese counter, bakery, coffee shop, off-licence and an extensive fruit & vegetable department, not to mention the personal service that’s it’s famous for.

In recent years, Nolan’s have become increasingly aware of the requirements of their customers for niche products catering to those with specific conditions such as raised cholesterol, diabetes or gluten sensitivity and as a result they now stock an extensive range of produce catering specifically to this market, which continues to grow in demand.

With this in mind and after some research amongst their customers, they created the “Love Your Life” programme which will run throughout the course of 2013 will endeavour to encourage people to learn how to enjoy wellness through optimising nutrients in their diet and experimenting with new ingredients so that as a community we can focus on improving our long term health.
