New 30km Speed Zones | CRA Message
Residents may have noticed that new 30km/h signs have recently been installed in the area. This is because the Dublin City Council scheme to reduce the speed limits in residential areas of the city to 30km/hr has now been expanded to include the Clontarf area, amongst others. The map below shows the roads (in yellow) to which the reduced speed limits apply. The arterial routes (in purple) remain as 50km/h zones.
