National Biodiversity Week

Message from Clontarf Residents’ Association & Clontarf Tidy Towns

National Biodiversity Week is an opportunity to celebrate wildlife and to learn more about protecting it.

From St Anne’s Park to Bull Island and the Promenade, from our gardens to the verges and open spaces, we in Clontarf are so fortunate to have a such a diverse range of wildlife on our doorstep.

Why not take part in the events to mark this week, learn more about how to attract wildlife into your garden and get ideas about what we as a community and individuals can do to help protect the flora and fauna in our area.

A full list of all the events can be found here: https://biodiversityweek.ie/events-calendar/

We would love to see photos of the wildlife in your garden or any interesting bees, birds, butterflies, flowers etc. that you spot out on your walks. Send them in to us at clontarf.res.assoc@gmail.com.
