Mick Clohisey Places 22nd in World!
Huge congratulations to local sporting hero Mick Clohisey, who placed 22nd at the 2017 World Athletics Championships in London on Sunday 6th August.
Mick managed to move his way up from 46th place within the first quarter to finish up in 22nd place with a final time of 2:16:21. A whole 10 minutes faster than his Rio 2016 time back in August.
In a video on the Athletics Ireland Twitter page, it's clear Mick is very happy with the placing.
