Local Solicitor Takes Part In 'Best Will in the World'

loveclontarf.ie are proud to announce that one of our valued sponsors, Niall Geaney, is taking part in this year's Best Will in the World Week. Niall is a solicitor at Patrick P. Geaney Solicitors, which is located on the Clontarf road. Niall is the only solicitor in Clontarf to be taking part. 

Best Will in the World is a week-long initiative (Monday 20th - Friday 24th October) which is run by MyLegacy in order to highlight to importance of leaving a charitable donation in your will. During Best Will in the World Week, solicitors across the country offer will consultations for a fee of €50. People interested in making their will, or updating an existing will, are asked to consider leaving a gift to their favourite charity once loved ones have been taken care of.

Best Will in the World is an initiative that was established in 2003, and it has seen a huge amount of popularity since. It highlights two very serious issues: the importance of making a will, and the benefits of giving to charity.

In the absence of a will, there can be bitter legal disputes and the possibility of the State having to make decisions regarding the distribution of your property and assets and we all want to avoid that.
