Great turnout for Bark in the Park

31 May 2012

Last Sunday, the Irish Blue Cross held a 'Bark in the Park', sponsored walk in St. Anne's Park.  The sun was shining down on them that daybark in the park and over 150 people and their trusted canine friends turned up to walk the 4km route.

While the final figure is not confirmed just yet, so far donations have reached €3000.  All funds are donated to the Irish Blue Cross which is an animal welfare charity that was founded in 1945, and provides low-cost veterinary services for pet owners on a low income in the Dublin area.

Congratulations to all the organisers and participants on the day!
