Kinara: High Standards, High Quality

Kinara has been providing Dubliners with high quality food since it made its first appearance in 2001. Their thirteen years in business are a testament to their dedication to providing good food and service to their many thousands of customers.

Kinara’s website boasts a stunning catalogue of reviews from some of Ireland’s most prominent food writers. Each review highlights Kinara’s attention to detail, dedication to high-quality service and determination to serve beautiful, authentic dishes. 

“It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into selecting a number of dishes in various styles and presenting them in a meaningful way” wrote Georgina Campbell in Food & Wine Magazine. “Kinara’s aims are serious and it is earning the respect of locals and diners from further afield. Go and try it.”

Louise East also wrote a glowing review for the Irish Times - “... a very approachable, informative menu, that combines traditional local food with ethnic fare and a very admirable selection of lighter and organic dishes. The rice was stunning … subtly scented with cardamom and cloves … each grain (imported specially from Pakistan) separate, firm and delicious.”

Aoileann Garavaglia was also full of praise when she detailed her Kinara experience in the Evening Herald. “An Irish couple own the place and they work front of house making sure the dining experience is perfect. The front of house has an exceptional view overlooking Bull Island. They also offer a range of dishes in which the fat content has been effectively reduced without sacrificing the flavours. Boy, do they think of everything in Kinara.”
