Interview with Mano Ryan on ClontarfTV
Well known Clontarf resident, Mano Ryan, talks to Ken Curran about his reaction to references made by a Dublin City Council official to his late mother, Maureen Ryan.
This is a follow up to the Evening Herald article on Monday 14th November which outlined the Ryan family's disappointment that Mrs Ryan's name was being used to influence the decision on whether the proposed Clontarf flood defence plan would go ahead.
Mano talks about his mother's love for the promenade and her regular use of it as an amenity.
He finishes with a plea to DCC that the people of Dublin be given more time to look at all the alternatives.
Mano Ryan is a brother of the late Gerry Ryan.
