Important: Temporary Road Closures

25 Jun 2015

Hollybrook Road and Hollybrook Park (from Howth Road to Clontarf Road) Dublin 3 will be closed from 00.00hrs on Monday 29th June 2015 to 24.00hrs on Sunday 19th July 2015 to facilitate the laying of a new watermain. The accompanying image outlines the phasing of the works, and an overview drawing will be on display in the shop window of Marlowe Dry Cleaners on the corner of Hollybrook Road and Clontarf Road. The work is being completed by Ward & Burke Construction Ltd by appointment of Irish Water.

In addition to the traffic management plan, pedestrian and local access will be maintained during the period of the closure. During the works from the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday residents may not be able to park within sections of the road where the Contractor is working on that particular day. If it is required the Contractor will reinstate the works each evening which will facilitate residents to park outside their properties from 8pm. The Contractor will identify any particular working areas by leaving cones out on the evening before. Free parking will be made available to the residents of Hollybrook Road and Hollybrook Park in the Clontarf Promenade car park, and temporary car parking cards have been issued to said residents.
