Huge Success for St. Gabriel's Refugee Collection
A huge thank you to all those who donated clothes and urgently needed items to St. Gabriel's Refugee Solidarity Collection Point over the last two weeks.
Over six car loads of donations were dropped off in the city centre central collection point yesterday (a number of drops had already been made since the opening of the collection point), where all donations will be sorted and sent out to Greece and Turkey to benefit those in need.
As you can see from the images, the entire stage in the St. Gabriel's Parish Centre hall was completely filled with bags and boxes!
Tara Carr, who organised the collection, would like to say a big thank you to all the people of Clontarf, for their immense generosity!
