Hollybrook Road Architectural Conservation Area Proposal
loveclontarf.ie have been informed by TD Sean Haughey of a proposed change to the Dublin City Development Plan in order to designate Hollybrook Road as an Architectural Conservation Area. The proposal claims that although some of the original building details have been replaced, the road has kept its original form and layout since its creation in the late 19th / early 20th century and should be protected.
The matter will be discussed at the January meeting of the North Central Area Committee of Dublin City Council and if the procedure is ultimately initiated, a period of public consultation will then follow before a final decision is made.
