Great Success for North Star Taekwon-do!

Towards the end of 2015 Clontarf and Killester Taekwon-do Clubs formally joined forces to form North Star Taekwon-do. Since this alliance North Star Taekwon-do has continued to go from strength to strength and nowhere was this more evident that at the recent International Taekwon-do event held in the National Basketball Arena.

Over the weekend of 6th and 7th February North Star students won over 50 medals and finished as the number one Club at the event. There were many excellent performances and head coaches Mr Jones and Mr Mooney were delighted with the effort and attitude displayed by all students. Many students are now busy preparing for gradings and looking forward to getting ready for the next big International in April.
