Grants for Repair & Conservation of Protected Structures
The Clontarf Residents' Association have provided the following information on Grants for repair and conservation of Protected Structures or a structure within an Architectural Conservation Area'
Dublin City Council, in conjunction with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, are inviting applications for grant funding under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme (BHIS) and Historic Structures Fund (HSF) for 2021 for the Dublin City Area.
The purpose of the scheme is to support privately owned properties in need of repair and conservation. Protected Structures and structures within Architectural Conservation Areas are eligible for grant funding.
The deadline for receipt of applications has been extended to Wednesday, 24th February 2021 at 4pm due to Covid restrictions.
