)
Great news for our local community this week! Flood protection in Clontarf has received a significant boost with the official completion of the €3.8 million River Wad Phase 1B Flood Relief Scheme.
Delivered by the Office of Public Works (OPW) in partnership with Dublin City Council, this vital project directly protects 55 homes and 6 non-residential properties in our area. When combined with the previously completed Phase 1A works, the scheme now safeguards a total of 112 local properties from the threat of flooding.
We know this milestone brings tremendous peace of mind to the residents and business owners directly affected. A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering these essential works.
