By now we're sure a lot of our readers have heard about the exciting new venture being headed up by the guys over at Bay Restaurant, who are longtime supporters of loveclontarf.ie

We're excited to reveal that Fishbone restaurant will be officially opening on Tuesday, July 26th!

Located at 324 Clontarf Road, Fishbone is a modern Irish seafood restaurant. It's focus centres on delivering not only the finest seafood but the best from our land. 

Using a mix of modern and traditional cooking techniques allows their culinary team to extract and create incredible flavours while also harnessing the natural goodness of each of their ingredients.

With the charcoal grill as well as the plancha grill, Fishbone presents an endless array of dishes along with an innovative cocktail menu, modern wine list, and range of carefully selected craft beers for you to enjoy. And don't worry if fish isn't your thing, there's plenty of options from the land too!

Fishbone also emphasises sustainability, championing the use of local produce in their dishes and offering nutritious, flavoursome food at affordable prices in a great relaxed atmosphere on the seafront across from the Wooden Bridge.
