Get In The Sea For The CRC
This Friday 1st of July, join Clontarf local and Paralympic swimming gold medallist Ellen Keane and ‘Get In The Sea For The CRC’.
Ellen and a number of The CRC team will be on Dollymount Strand this Friday at 2 pm to launch the first day of the swim campaign. Run into the sea with Ellen or simply come along and cheer on the brave who decide to get in the sea.
The CRC has a very special place in Ellen’s heart as she first learned to swim in their swimming pool here in Clontarf.
Ellen is encouraging people to do 10 swims in the month of July, all the while helping to raise vital funds. You can swim with your family, friends, neighbours, your local swim club, on your own or even with your dog. Swim in the sea, the swimming pool, a local spot or why not do some of your swims while you are on your summer holidays!
