FREE CPR Course with Clontarf Lions Club

Clontarf Lions Club will run 3 x FREE CPR classes on Saturday 25th January 2020 in Clontarf Golf Club.
Thes classes, which are each one hour long take place at 10 AM, 11.30 AM and 1.00 PM.
The course concentrates on recognising cardiac arrest, making the emergency call, listening to the call taker and knowing your Eircode. Candidates then get to practice compression-only CPR on a manikin. Awareness of how to use an AED, how to help someone who is choking, how to perform CPR on a child, recognising stroke and the difference between a cardiac arrest and a heart attack are also covered – all in only one hour and for FREE.
