FEATURE: Breast Cancer Lunch at Clontarf Rugby Club
We were delighted to get the opportunity to pop down to Clontarf Rugby Club last weekend to see the last minute preparations for the Annual Breast Cancer Lunch.
The room was all kitted out ready for the influx of 160 hungry ladies and pink was very much the colour of the day.
We caught up with Shane Harnett and Niamh Rankin from the organising committee. They gave us the background to the event and told us what was in store for the day.
The money raised is still being counted and the presentation will be made to the charity on the 14th April at the upcoming home game against St. Mary's where a massive crowd is expected to support the home team in their quest for their first Ulster Bank League title.
