Ellen Keane – Paralympic Gold Medallist
Welcome Home Motorcade Wednesday 8th September @ 7pm
Ireland’s Paralympic Team arrived home safely last night to much celebration. Let’s get out there this evening and let Ellen know how proud of her we are. The weather is looking a bit mixed but it’ll take more than a few drops of rain to dampen the Clontarf spirit – Line the Route!
Thanks to DCC for the posters and bunting and to the local businesses for decking out their premises. Thanks also to everyone who has decorated their house for the occasion. It’s not too late to get the bunting up or put up a few balloons.
Don’t forget that the roadway and cycleway will remain open so normal rules regarding road safety apply. Please also be mindful of Covid and maintain social distance.
