Great news this morning as Ellen Keane from Clontarf has made it to another swimming final at the London Paralympic Games.

This time, Ellen has qualified as the sixth fastest competitor for the final of 200 metres individual medley. This involves using four different swimming strokes - 50 metres each.

She will be up against it in terms of getting into the medals but we know as always she'll be giving it her best shot.

She is also due to swim in her favourite event, the 100m breaststroke at the weekend.

Tonight's final is at 7.15pm and will be covered on Setanta Sports.

Best of luck tonight Ellen!
