Election posters removed for Clontarf Giro d'Italia route
Dublin City Council recently requested all politicians to voluntarily remove their posters until after the Giro d'Italia stage in Dublin in the interests of showcasing Clontarf and Dublin to enhance future tourism and job creation.
Cllr. Damian O'Farrell has contacted loveclontarf.ie to tell us that he has taken the lead and removed his election posters from the Giro d'Italia route on Clontarf Road and Alfie Byrne Road.
Cllr. O'Farrell in turn has requested DCC to reciprocate and play their part by cleaning up the promenade and removing the large yellow sandbags before the cyclists pass by.
