CRC 2,800 Skips In February Challenge
Central Remedial Clinic's 2,800 Skips In February Challenge launches on Tuesday, 1st February.
The CRC would to see local businesses, families and individuals participating. Anyone who signs up will get a headband (ultra-trendy), a wall planner to keep track of your progress and of course a skipping rope!
There will be weekly tutorials posted in the CRC Skipping Group Facebook page providing great tips on skipping tricks, how to build up your daily skip count and just have fun.
