Cluain Tarbh Rresents: A Night At The OsKaRs
The actors are learning their lines and figuring out their costumes. The producers have scouted locations far and wide around Clontarf and have had to be very inventive with props.
On Friday, April 5th Cluain Tarbh are inviting you to join them for ‘A Night At The OsKaRs’ in The Bonnington Hotel. This is a once off opportunity to see over 50 members of the local community, your friends, neighbours, clubmates as they make their debut on the big screen. You can also keep an eye out to spot familiar locations, perhaps one of the movies might have been filmed in the house next door, where you work or in your local!
The club will be showing remakes of 7 famous movies (approx 10 minutes each, don’t worry there are no Director’s Cut versions!) at a gala premiere which promises to be a lot of fun. Tickets are selling fast and are available online on clontarfgaa.com/oskars, in the club shop An Siopa (open Tuesday & Thursday 7-8pm) or can be requested by email oskars@clontarfgaa.com
