Clontarf Wines Celebrate 1st Birthday

19 Sep 2014

loveclontarf.ie would like to wish a happy birthday to Clontarf Wines, who are celebrating their first birthday in Clontarf this weekend. To say that Clontarf Wines has been a great addition our community is a bit of an understatement. In fact, there are few establishments that have made such a strong impression on the community in such a short space of time.

To celebrate their first birthday, Clontarf Wines would love for you to join them in their store this Friday and Saturday (19th and 20th of September) for a celebration of all things wine-related! Featuring wine tasting, yummy nibbles, spot prizes and some exciting competitions, it’s a night not to be missed! There will also be music on Friday night to celebrate Culture Night.

Clontarf Wines is a family-run business, run by Ronnie and Helena Caraher. As both Ronnie and his wife hold a WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) diploma in wine, it is safe to say that the pair are masterful in their knowledge and understanding of wines.

What makes Clontarf Wines truly special is how it caters for all tastes and budgets. From cheap and cheerful €10 bottles to exclusive offers on very rare wines (such as L'Ermita from Alvaro Palacios), there is something for every kind of wine buff. Ronnie and Helena truly understand their product and are happy to offer advice and tips to their customers. Clontarf Wines also features a selection of food items, all of which compliment the flavour of wine, from high-quality olive oils to organic Irish cheeses. It is a truly unique business and we are so happy to have it here in Clontarf!
