Clontarf to City Centre Cycle Lane

We've posted before about meetings taking place to develop a plan to make changes to, among other things, the cycle lane from Clontarf through Fairview and North Strand and into town, which admittedly is not the best at the moment. A proposal has been drawn up which would see 2.5km of cycle lanes being laid down as well as significant changes to walkways, landscaping, public lighting, and cctv.
