Eoin bumped into Sheeran after a gig in New York on the 29th of September and handed him his CD, doubting that the redhead singer would even listen to it.
However, the up-and-coming singer-songwriter got a huge surprise when the next day Ed Sheeran tweeted him, thanking him for the CD and wishing him luck with his music career.
