Clontarf Players Return This November with Comedy Classic The Odd Couple (Female Version)
)
Clontarf’s own amateur drama group, Clontarf Players, is back this autumn with a show that promises belly laughs, brilliant performances, and a great night out for locals. Their next production? A twist on one of the best-loved comedies of all time – The Odd Couple (Female Version) by Neil Simon.
The show will run in the Sean O’Casey Theatre, East Wall, from 19-22 November 2025, and marks the first of two planned productions from Clontarf Players this season – a big milestone for the group as their profile and loyal local audience continues to grow.
One’s neat. One’s… not.
In this side-splitting update of the original play, the famously mismatched roommates Florence and Olive take centre stage. One is obsessively tidy, the other gloriously chaotic – and when they end up sharing an apartment, what could possibly go wrong?
It’s the kind of comedy that never gets old, delivered with local heart and a brilliant cast. If you’ve enjoyed past productions like Radium Girls or The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, you won’t want to miss this one.
A Guaranteed Great Night Out
Clontarf Players have built a reputation in recent years for bringing high-quality, heartfelt productions to the local stage – always with the energy, commitment and craft that makes amateur theatre so special.
This latest show is guaranteed to entertain. Whether you’re a die-hard theatre lover or just looking for a fun night out with friends or family, The Odd Couple (Female Version) is the perfect choice.
Tickets are on sale now via Eventbrite – early booking is advised as performances often sell out fast.
