Clontarf open up a one point gap at the top of Ulster Bank League

01 Apr 2012

Clontarf marched on in the Ulster Bank League with a well-deserved bonus-point victory at home to Garryowen.

The 47-18 win secures Clontarf's position at the top of the table and sets up a mouth-watering, top of the table clash against 2nd place St. Mary's in two weeks time, again at Castle Avenue.

Clontarf scorers on Saturday included Killian Lett, Adrian D'Arcy, Noel Reid and captain, Barry O'Mahony.

Well done to Andy Wood and his team who were clearly up for it on Saturday and here's hoping for a huge 'Tarf turnout for the big game on 14th April which is now looking like the league decider...
