Clontarf Olympian Mick Clohisey Wins Dublin Cross-Country Championship

09 Nov 2016

Clontarf's Mick Clohisey has hit the ground running, if you'll excuse the pun, since his return from Rio. Clohisey was one of three Irish Athletes who competed in the Marathon event in the Rio Olympics back in August but he hasn't slowed down at all since; taking home first place in the Dublin Cross-Country Championships last Sunday. With a time of 28.47 for the 10k, Clohisey pushed the pace from the start, finishing ahead of 2nd place Conor Dooney and 3rd place Kevin Dooney - all members of Raheny Shamrocks!

Congratulations to the Claw and all the Raheny Shamrocks team!
