Clontarf in RSA Leinster Cricket Senior Cup Final

24 Jul 2012

On Sunday, July 22nd, the Clontarf Cricket Club first team beat Railway Union by 7 wickets in a nailbiting finish where they won with just an over and a half to spare. The win secures their place in the RSA Leinster Senior Cup Final against Pembroke, which will take place at the YMCA grounds on Claremont Road this Saturday, the 28th of July at 11am.

Clontarf last won the competition in 2009, which was the last of a three year winning streak of RSA Senior Cup wins for the club.

Congratulations to Clontarf for reaching the finals once more, and we would like to wish them the best of luck against Pembroke this weekend.

If you can't make the match to support the team, you can get live updates throughout the day on the new RSA Cricket Leinster Live Match Centre.
