Clontarf Harvest Fair | Saturday 26th October
The Clontarf Harvest Fair takes place this Saturday, 26th October, in The Field, behind St. Anthony’s Church. The event will start at 12:30 pm and will finish at 3 pm.
Admittance to the fair is free, but there is a small charge if you would like to choose a pumpkin from the patch or avail of the face painting that will be available for children. All proceeds from these activities will be donated to Focus Ireland.
There will also be music, a small cake sale and a stall from Owls, a charity that looks to educate children about nature, will also be there.
We encourage everybody to come in fancy dress for what we hope will be a fun day for the community.
There will be a privately run coffee truck, for those that need a decent cup, also.
The organisers are still fundraising for the costs associated with running this event, so if you happen to be in a position to donate to it, we would be extremely grateful.
Regardless, everybody is welcome on the day and we hope to see you all there!
One thing to note is that unfortunately, bathroom facilities in St. Anthony’s House are not available on the day due to the community centre being in use. Due to limited parking on the seafront and St. Lawrence Road, we suggest that you leave the car behind, if possible.
The Clontarf Harvest Fair organisers would like to thank local businesses for their extremely generous donations to the event and to the raffle that will take place on the day.
