Changes to Parking Permit and Parking Charges – Public Consultation

CRA wishes to bring residents attention to proposed changes to Parking Permit and Parking Charges in Dublin. A public consultation process has been initiated, a summary of the proposed changes is below with comprehensive information available here 

Proposed Amendments

  • Fees for Pay and Display Parking in City Centre high demand areas will be increased
  • Numbers of permits per premises/household to change. 
  • When the technology allows, a virtual parking permit system for Residential and Visitors Permits to be introduced
  • Widening of Tariff Zones to reflect the change in demand in Green, Red and Yellow Zone areas. 

CRA would encourage you to review the proposal in full at the link above and to consider making a submission to Dublin City Council before 4pm on Friday March 22nd 2019.
