Ceoltoiri Chluain Tarbh enrollment for Traditional Irish Music Classes

29 Aug 2012

Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh has been active teaching in Clontarf for over 40 years and the organisation has never been stronger.

Enrollment for Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh Traditional Irish Music classes will take place this Saturday morning, September 1st, in Marino College between 9am and 11.30am, with classes commencing on September 8th.
There will now be an additional class on Thursday evenings, between 7pm and 9pm, in Marino College Fairview, which will commence on September 13th.

This year the range of classes has been expanded to include sean nós singing and dancing, and a choir for over 18's which will meet on Thursday evenings in Marino College.
Enrollment for the sean nós singing and dancing takes place next Saturday morning.

It is recommended to drop into Marino College next Saturday to enroll, as this will help to ensure you get your preferred class times. It will also give you an opportunity to speak to the teachers and discuss issues regarding your childs progression.

While the club caters in a significant way for children, there are also a full range of classes for adults, and teenagers studying music for the Junior or Leaving Certificates are encouraged to take up playing traditional music.

With a new and exciting programme this year, Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh will continue to be widely recognised as the best place in Dublin to learn traditional music, song and dance.
