Bicycles for Africa with Dublin North Rotary Club!
The local Dublin North Rotary Club, in co-operation with the Prison Service, is involved in a major project to collect used bicycles, refurbish them and send them to Africa.
The bicycles will be distributed to young school pupils from Age 10 upwards. They will make a huge difference for the recipients:-
- It will reduce travel time to school
- It will reduce level of exhaustion from long walking journeys –to and from school.
If you are in a position to donate a bicycle you may bring it to the Marine Hotel Car Park, on Saturday 28 November 2015.( before 12.30 p.m.).
