Battle of Clontarf Project and Exhibition April 3rd and 4th
The students from the Cultural and Heritage Studies class of 2013 - 2014 from Killester College of Further Education will focus on 1014 and the Battle of Clontarf as their class project. On the 3rd and 4th April 2014 they will present their project to the public by means of an exhibition.
The exhibition will be held in the Killester College School hall and will focus on the Battle of Clontarf and Ireland in 1014 as seen from a folklore point of view. Students will also apply their local history and appreciation of art modules for this exhibition.
