Battle of Clontarf 2
2014 is the big anniversary of the original Battle of Cluain Tarbh but this Friday, October 26th, in the Airside Venue in Swords, two tribes go to battle as CLG Chluain Tarbh take on Clontarf Rugby Club.
This time the action takes place in the boxing ring where 15 bouts, including two ladies bouts, featuring members from both clubs are on the cards.
The event begins at 7.30pm. Tickets only cost €20 and include entry into the Wright Venue afterwards. Tickets are available from all of the boxers taking part, from the bar in the rugby club and from the GAA club from Kieran McMahon (0861971120).
